Established in 1967 George's Antiques showcases the unique collecting eye of it's owner George, aka "Hungarian George". Inspired as a child by an art glass paperweight on his Grandfather's desk, George began collecting at a young age. His obsessive and compulsive nature has served him well as his collecting has blossomed into a business that includes a brick and mortar store, as well as selling at national antique shows.
Our goods represent quality and workmanship with an emphasis on labor intensive techniques. The items here represent design from the early 1800's through the mid 1900's, a time when things were made with skill and made to last. Qualities that are difficult to find in the goods of today.
